The results of the first day at the International Film Market in Hong Kong

The first day of the film market in Hong Kong showed that the international project “Viy”, presented by the film company RFG, aroused the greatest interest of the participants of the film market.

It should be mentioned, that for the last several years the Hong Kong Film Market has been rated as one of the largest film markets not only in Asia, but in the whole world as well. The number of participants (sellers and buyers) attending this film market is increasing every year: for example, in the year 2004 the number of buyers, registered at the Hong Kong Film Market, equalled two thousand, two hundred and eighty-six, and in the year 2007 more than four thousand buyers visited it.
