The film company RFG will present its projects at the largest film market in the world “Marche Du Film”, which will take place within the framework of the 61st Film Festival de Cannes: May 14 to 25.

Today the International Film Market in Cannes, which was set up in 1959, is one of the most important film events in the world’s cinema industry. Producers, distributors and investors come together for meeting in Cannes to conclude contracts, which predetermine, what films the entire world will see tomorrow. More than 10,500 international participants attended the Azure Coast of France last year. 534 stands of film companies were presented at the market. The “Marche du Film”, which is held simultaneously with the Film Festival de Cannes, provides the best opportunity of presenting movies to the international cinematic business.

This year the film company RFG will present not only its own projects, but also the ones, taken for international distribution. The number of the company’s stand is Riviera C7.

In 2008 the 61st Film Festival de Cannes will be headed by renowned American actor Sean Penn, who himself won an Oscar (2004) and the Best Actor Award of the Festival de Cannes (1997). The Jury also includes American actress Natalie Portman, Mexican film director Alfonso Cuaron and others.
