Drama movie “Snow Doesn’t Melt Forever...” will participate in the programme “Kinodebut.ru”

The film company RFG will present its new project – a Victoria Markina film “Snow Doesn’t Melt Forever...” – in a special programme “Kinodebut.ru”, which will take place within the framework of the 30th Moscow International Film Festival in the period of June 20 – 28, 2008.

One of the main objectives of the “Kinodebut.ru” festival, at which the movie “Snow Doesn’t Melt Forever...” will be presented, is the creation of an association of young film makers, who not only can shoot movies, but protect their copy rights too. The Film Directors Guild of Russia has commenced on the implementation of this project at the time when more than 60 debut full-length motion pictures have been produced for the last two years. The special programme within the framework of the 30th Moscow International Film Festival will not be a single event. Public screenings of movies are to be held quarterly after three months’ selection of motion pictures. The final results will be summed up and the best motion pictures in different nominations will be determined at the end of each year. The creators of the award-winning movies will receive special diplomas and prizes from the Film Directors Guild of Russia.
